Create new UserDir ID

Because of the way it is setup and for easiness, a userid is similar to a directory on WebLinks project, so by creating a userid you are only becoming maintainer of that ID. Actual owner of the ID is still project owner of WebLinks. Project administrators reserve all rights reallocate maintainer as they wish, if you have provided an emailid you will be notified about the reallocation and advised then available options. By creating ID here you are also agreeing to obey any terms and conditions of MozDev.org.
